age 90 of Roanoke In, and formally Fort Wayne In, passed away Wednesday September 16th 2021.

She is survived by her Daughter Jackie (Mike) Bowser and Son Bob (Amy) Cummings, Grandchildren Danielle, Jason, and Candace, 2 Great Grandchildren Bryce and Braden, Sister Beverly, Niece Sherri and Nephew Steve, she was proceeded in death by her husband Richard Cummings of 45 years. She remarried Johnathan Lentz for 21 years and is survived by him and his family 3 step children Richard, Steve and Linda Lentz 2 stepdaughter in laws 5 step grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren.

Jackie retired from maplewood elementary school after 42 years of teaching. She will truly be loved and missed by all.
