Sharon Talerico
81, passed away on May 1, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, IN the daughter of the late Cloyce and Ruth Peden. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1958. She worked as a hair dresser, a head cashier at Mr. Wiggs Department Store, the Allen County Treasures Office, and retired from the Adams Township Assessors office in 2007. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed making rosaries, and would donate them to be given away to those in need. She will be remembered as a thoughtful, loving, and caring woman.
She is survived by her daughter; Cindy (Greg) Biggs, granddaughter; Lori (Shane) Boutwell, grandson; Adam Krauter, and great-grandchildren; Olivia, Hannah, Isaac, Mason, Adalynn, Lillian, and Amelia. Sisters; Nancy Peden, Vivian Miller, and Suzann (David) Stocksdale. brother-in-law; Frank Subzda, and sister-in-law Barbara Peden. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Talerico, brothers; David Peden and Thomas Peden, brothers-in-law; Donald Suelzer and Jack Miller, sister-in-law; Cindy Brantley, and mother-in-law; Valeria Talerico.
Funeral will be at St. Peter’s Catholic Church 518 E. Dewald on Thursday May 6, at 11 am with calling one hour prior at 10 am. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations for Masses. Masks are required at the church.
