Surviving Her Husband, Lawrence Bade Jr., Daughter, Chantelle Gaona Martinez, Sons, Thomas, Larry, William, Joshua Bade, of Fort Wayne and Dusty Hampshire of Pigeon Forge TN.

She had 18 Grand Children and 3 Great Grand Children

She is proceed in death by her parents, her daughter Crystal Hampshire and son Robert Bade.
